We were out of town, and she dropped whatever she was doing to preview the house for us with live video, submit the offer via Docusign over the weekend, and get it accepted in this crazy seller's market! When we set our sights to moving to Sedona, Arizona from our home in Dunwoody, Georgia, Kristen McCord, our Listing Realtor at Keller Williams found the perfect person to help us with our quest. Kristen introduced us to Kelly Preschler, a Keller Williams realtor in Sedona.
Kelly’s enthusiasm and optimism for finding the perfect place for us, eased our anxieties. She was up for the challenge and gave great heed to our house ‘checklist’, sending us numerous property listings through Flexmls.
We made several trips to Arizona to see properties that we handpicked from the online MLS listings. It’s funny, the property we ended up buying was a new listing that Kelly just happened to catch while we were out there. We love our new home, it has everything we were looking for.

We had sold our home in Laveen, AZ, in March of 2017, 1 day after it listed and were in a hurry to find a new home. We looked and looked and she kept us on track with suggestions and showings of various homes in the Verde Valley area, where we wanted to retire, near family. The buyers were having a problem with financing, but we had found several we could get into. Yet there was a wishy- washy dates of closing, because the buyers tried three times to go different ways to get funding with no success. So we took a second offer, trying to get a closing date for our, now sold house and the one Kelly had found for us in Camp Verde. She kept the communication between the Realtor for our now sold house, the second time, the owners of the house we wanted, the Title Company through which she was able to arrange for both houses to go through the same Title Company so the houses could close days next to each other and the money would flow from our account into the house in Camp Verde the next day.

All of this was over a period from march 2017 to October 2017. Therefore, for a while we did not know where we were going to be living with our two dogs, all of our belongings, our Pontoon, four trailers, fishing boat, plus all the things from our barn, where we built Windmills and Birdfeeders. Our home business was on hold, because we had to build a shop at the new house before we could get on with our business. But with Kelly's knowledge and communication skills, she kept the owners of the house we wanted in the loop and hoping that they would hold on, and we were able to move smoothly on to the close of Escrow with all parties happy and satisfied.

Kelly was a great person to work with and had the patience to put up with our panicking. I would recommend her to all who are looking for a new place to move to their forever home!

Just fabulous, we experienced a couple of difficulties along the way of purchasing our new home..,,like a late discovered sellers lean which needed to be fixed and a last minute change in closing date. Especially with the last minute change of closing which saved us 1,000.- Kelly out did herself by writing an addendum at 10 at night and having it signed by the seller next morning. We signed on the house the following day and closed the day after that. It is things like this which really make you value a good real estate agent. Thank you Kelly. Less

Forgive the length of this but my experience in working with Kelly was so positive I had to cover every detail!

--Detail oriented: She is extremely detail-oriented, a quality that is of high priority when making such an important decision. She leaves no task undone and gently guides through the entire process.
--Knows the community and properties: Kelly’s knowledge of the community and the properties is thorough and deep. She leaves no stone unturned. She has incredible connections and makes good and fair use of them in helping her clients navigate the market.
--Aggressive in a positive way: You want your real estate agent to be your voice in all the transactions and you want that voice to be your advocate in a constructive manner. Kelly is exactly the person you want in your corner during negotiations, inspections, etc.
--Honest: She’s honest and a straight-shooter to the core. Hugely important qualities when you want the real information on which you can base your decisions.
--Hard worker: I can’t imagine any agent being willing to go above and beyond the normal call of duty the way Kelly was willing. My personal experience involving a serious family illness kept me from being in the Sedona area during most of the transactions around the purchase of my home. Kelly was amazing (and continues to amaze) in stepping right in to help make my situation so much easier than it would have been otherwise. She followed through on everything from the inspection to working with my movers when I couldn't be there on delivery day! I had and have every confidence in her and she never, never let me down or failed to keep me extremely well informed.
